For the most part though, life is pretty uneventful (in a good way)!  Sure, you run a small town, but most days go by without incident.  You go on tours, interact with residents, and thank your maintenance team for keeping the place from springing too many leaks.  It's a good gig!

Sometimes though, life throws a curve ball.  That sweet senior resident who stops by the office every day has a seizure in front of you.  Your maintenance worker slips on a ladder and hurts himself.  Or it's something more nefarious, like a prospect getting inappropriate with your leasing consultant in a unit.  Life is messy and unpredictable.
